26&2 Hot Yoga

Heal your body from the inside out with 90 minutes of Bikram Yoga, the original hot yoga series. This class will help you build strength, flexibility and endurance.


26&2 Hot Yoga with Music

Get moving with 75 minutes of teacher-led yoga set to an eclectic mix of music. This class features the Bikram Yoga series with optional second set variations.


Basic Hot Yoga

Reduce stress and decompress with this 60-minute hot yoga class with a focus on hip opening postures and a little less heat. Great for beginners or those looking for a more gentle hot yoga practice.


Express Hot Yoga

Work up a good sweat with this 60-minute faster-paced hot yoga class. It’s based on the Bikram series, teacher-led with music and second set variations.


HOT FLOW

Create strength, fluidity, and freedom in your body as we move with our breath to music in our 60-min vinyasa style class. Each class is unique.


Hot Pilates

Using traditional mat Pilates movements, improve your total body strength with an emphasis on your core with our 45-minute low-impact Hot Pilates class.


Hot HIIT

The music will be bumping for this 45-minute tabata-style workout as you improve your strength and cardio, utilizing weights & resistance bands.


Hot Barre

Move to the music as you lengthen, strengthen and tone in our 45-minute Hot Barre class. We use weights, bands, and balls to create a good burn!


Meditation

Unwind, connect & center yourself in 30-minute, non-heated, guided meditations. Combining breath work, visualizations & Yoga Nidra, set to soothing music.


YIN YOGA

This practice is very gentle, non-heated & focuses on deep stretching with long holds. 60 minutes, candle-lit with soft music - this is a great compliment to our hot classes.
