Our PV schedule features over 50 hot yoga & fitness classes each week, including:

Our Hot Pilates class:

  • low impact workout

  • small controlled movements

  • strengthen stabilizer muscles

  • using traditional mat pilates exercises

  • props are sometimes used: light weights, bands, balls

Our Hot HIIT class:

  • high impact workout

  • big dynamic movements

  • strengthen the power muscles

  • other studios call it: Sculpt, Inferno Hot Pilates, Bootcamp - it’s a workout!

  • props are often used: light-heavy weights + resistance bands
